Our Process
Automated Processing
A fully automated line is used to cut, break, grind, and drill the glass. The raw glass is cut to the required size and shape, broken out of a block, edges are ground smooth, and any necessary holes are drilled for mounting or other functional purposes.
Staging & Cleaning
Raw glass is then staged and moved through a washer to remove any contaminants. This step ensures the glass is thoroughly cleaned before being transferred to the next stage in the lamination process.
Cleanroom Construction
In a controlled, automated cleanroom environment, the glass is paired with the PVB film. The layers are automatically aligned and prepared for lamination, ensuring precise placement and consistency in the lamination process.
Autoclave Lamination
The glass assembly, with the PVB film, is placed into the autoclave for lamination. The autoclave applies heat and vacuum to bond the glass layers and PVB film, creating a strong, durable laminated product.
